Have you ever been pulled by that something greater? You know, that something that sort of grips you and refuses to let go? That’s kind of what my work feels like to me. It’s unfolded in different ways as I’ve gotten more and more clarity about my mission, but what fascinates me is that the core essence has remained unchanged — and no matter how many walls I’ve bumped into, the detour signs would always lead me back to my passion for you and your place in the world of work.
What I’ve noticed over the last several years is that folks like you are waking to new desires for their lives. Many feel like they’ve been sold a lie as they took all of the steps they were told to take in terms of getting the good grades, choosing the safe path, getting the degree, etc. only to end up NOT finding the fulfillment and happiness that was promised to be a part of the package. And quite frankly, something has been ignited within them to say, “You know what? This is for the birds. I need my something more.”
Is this you?
Work has been the last uncharted frontier, the place where discomfort, stress and even misery have not only been accepted, but expected.
But now, as we naturally evolve towards our desires for lives that feel more integrated, peaceful and whole, work is no longer off the table. We want to explore possibilities for happiness there too. And what I’ve found is that for many of us, this lure of what’s possible is seductively standing by the door and daring us to step in.
But in order to move towards this space, we have to daringly interrupt the cycle that we’ve found ourselves in and unapologetically own the change that we desire.
The road there can be a most beautiful journey in and of itself and it’s my job to serve as your personal escort. My task is to provide you with both the tools and inspiration that’s needed to step into the newest and most awesome version of yourself in life and at work.
In this space, we will explore a plethora of topics that relate to you, your unfolding story and your call to step into your awesome power, wholeheartedly and authentically, both personally & professionally.
To be abundantly clear, my task is to help you to own and shift your experience with work and by default, become the most brilliant version of yourself, whether that’s as an individual or a leader. If that sounds like a ride that you are ready to take, please pull up a chair and invite a friend. I am super excited to be your guide.

“If you limit your choices only to what seems possible or reasonable, you disconnect yourself from what you truly want, and all that is left is a compromise.” Robert Fritz
